So, dutiful daughter I am, I found myself at Whole Body today, scuttling back and forth between two vitamin aisles (really?!) and assessing my options:
women’s organic multivit?
women’s all in one multivit?
women’s once a day multivit?
pre-natal multivit with folic acid?
And if that wasn’t enough, what brand? The generic Whole Foods vitamins or the high end (read: $39) vitamins.
Gah. These kinds of choices just make me crazy.
Can’t a vitamin just be a vitamin y ya?
(For the record, I chose the pre-natal multivit with folic acid.)
